Cook Time:20 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams:-Carrot,grated
- 200 grams:-Condensed milk
- 2 tbs-Clarified butter(Ghee)
- 3-tbs-Milk powder
- Khoya
- Tutti frutti for decoration
Direction:How To Cook.
- Firstly,in a large pan heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast grated carrot.
- Cook till the colour change lightly and shrinks.
- And now add the condensed milk and mix well and stir well.
- And then add 3 tbsp milk powder and good mix.
- Stir again and simmer the carrot on a low flame stirring often,till the mixture dries up and reduces.
- Transfer the prepared mixture into greased plate.
- Allow to cool down in room temperature.

- And spread the khoya on the top up of carrot burfi and add tutti fruti on the top
- (You can and add any dried fruit for decoration)
- Let it cool down completely and let it set,then make the pieces using sharp knife.
- Carefully remove the carrot burfi pieces and arrange them on serving plate or keep them in airtight container.
