Carrot Burfi With Condensed Milk Recipe.






 Cook Time:20 Minutes.

  Ingredients:


  • 500 grams:-Carrot,grated
  • 200 grams:-Condensed milk
  • 2 tbs-Clarified butter(Ghee)
  • 3-tbs-Milk powder
  • Khoya
  • Tutti frutti for decoration

Direction:How To Cook.


  •  Firstly,in a large pan heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast grated carrot.
  •  Cook till the colour change lightly and shrinks.
  • And now add the condensed milk and mix well and stir well.
  •  And then add 3 tbsp milk powder and good mix.
  • Stir again and simmer the carrot on a low flame stirring often,till the mixture dries up and reduces.
  •  Transfer the prepared mixture into greased plate.
  •  Allow to cool down in room temperature.

  • And  spread the khoya on the top up of carrot burfi and add tutti fruti on the top
  • (You can and add any dried fruit for decoration)
  • Let it cool down completely and let it set,then make the pieces using sharp knife.
  • Carefully remove the carrot burfi pieces and arrange them on serving plate or keep them in airtight container.
