Spring Onion Sabzi Recipe.





Cook Time:10 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4-Spring onions with greens
  •  5 tbs-Gram Flour
  • 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs-Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs- Tomato paste
  • 2 tbs-Yogurt(Curd)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Water 
Direction: How To Cook.














  • Finely chop the spring onion bulbs.
  • Heat mustard oil in a pan. and add  cumin seeds and saute and then add chop spring onions and saute till light brown.
  •  And then add finely chop spring onion greens and saute and then add  turmeric powder ,salt to taste and add tomato paste and mix well and saute another few minute.
  • And the add gram flour and  1 tbs water  and mix well and  cook for 5 minutes on low flame.And then add yogurt and mix well and cook  for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with roti/naan..
