Creamy Vegetables Korma Recipe.





Cook Time:25 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cup-Mix veggie ,carrot,pea,cauliflower(You can take as per your choice)
  • 1-2-Onion
  • 2- Tomato
  • 4-5-Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp- Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs- Dried fenugreek leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 and half cup- Cream
  • 1/2 cup-Raw cashews
  • Oil for cooking 
  • Water
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves
Direction:How To Cook.
















  • Place the onion ,garlic and cashews in the jar of a blender along with 1/2 cup of water,process until pureed, and also make a puree of tomato.
  • Boil the vegetables in the water for 7-8 minutes,until it's become soft or tender, and then drain the water and set it aside.
  • And heat the oil in a pan/kadai and add cumin seeds,saute it and then add onion,garlic,cashew puree and saute it for 3 minutes when its turn light brown and then add tomato puree and saute for another 2 minutes and then add cream and add 1 and half  cup of water(gravy thickness according to your choice) and good mix it,cook for 3-4 minutes .
  • And then add boiled vegetables and mix well,cook for 7-8 minutes .
  • Finally add chopped coriander and m ix well.
  • Serve with Roti/naan or rice.
