Cooking Time:30 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- Medium -Cauliflower,grated
- 2 Cup-Besan,(Gram flour)
- 1/2 Cup-Whole flour
- 2- Onion,chopped
- 1- Tomato,chopped
- 1 Cup-Full fat milk cream
- 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbs- Cumin seeds
- 1 tbs-Dried fenugreek leaves
- Oil for deep fry and cooking
- Water.
Direction: How To Cook.
- First wash the cauliflower and soak for 5-10 minutes in warm water and then dry and then ,grate the cauliflower,and squeeze out as much liquid as you can,using your hands and reserve the liquid you press out,it will be used in the gravy.
- And put the grated cauliflower in a large bowl and add wheat flour and gram flour and 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix well and make small lemon size ball with this mixture.
- And heat the oil in the kadai/pan on medium flame, and in a bowl add 1/2 cup besan(gram flour) and 2 tbs wheat flour and add just small quantity of water and mix well,then use this paste for coating the kofta,fry the paneer koftas in medium hot oil till golden.fry for about 2 minutes,turning them until you get a nice brown coat, remove with a slotted spoon and leave to drain on paper towel.
- Keep the fried Kofta aside.
Make The Curry Gravy:
- Heat about 2 tbs oil in a pan/kadai and add cumin seeds when its start crackling then add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes and then add tomato chopped and cook another 2 minutes and then add salt ,turmeric powder,dried fenugreek leaves and mix well and add just small quantity of water and cook another 1 minutes and then add full fat milk cream, and cauliflower juice,if you are short,top up with water and mix well and cook for another 5 minutes and cauliflower balls in the gravy and cover the pan with lid for 5 minutes,and switch off the flame.
- Serve with roti/naan/rice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
