Instant Jalebi Recipe.







Cooking Time:10-12 Minutes.

Direction :How to Make This:


  • Mix contents of the pack with 130 ml water,and make a smooth batter,and also make sugar syrup: dissolve 300g sugar in 240 ml water,bring to boil,reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 min
  • And then pour into gits jilebi maker or alternative in thick cloth with small hole.

  • Heat the 250g oil in the pan/kadai.


  • Hold the  nozzle of the jilebi maker just above the surface of the oil,squeeze 2-inch round of batter into the hot oil,fry until golden brown on the bottom,then flip to fry on the other side until its golden on the other side until its golden.

  • Remove the jallebi from the oil and set on paper towel to drain,keep aside for 1-2 min.
  • And then jalebi in warm sugar syrup for 20 seconds.
  • Serve hot and cold with tea...
