Mango chia Smoothies.





Ingredients:
2-Mangoes ripe
2 tbs soaked chia seeds
2 tbs mango tutty fruitty


Direction:How To Make This.

  • Firstly soak the 2 tbs chis seeds for 30 minutes until they take on a chewy texture reminiscent of tapioca smoothies





  • And then peel the mangoes  and chopped mangoes,and then blend them.
  • And then pour into the serving glass and also add soaked chia seeds and for garnish add the mangoes tutty fruitty.
  • Immediately serve..
