Cooking Time:15 Minutes
Ingredients:
1-Cup roasted vermicelli
1-Cup-Green pea
1-Cup-Cubes of potato
1-Chopped onion
1-tbs-Chopped ginger
1-Chopped tomato
2-cup-Water
1 tbs-Cumin seed
1 tbs-Turmeric powder
1 tbs- dried fenugreek leaves
1 tbs-Turmeric sauce
Oil for cooking.
Direction:How To Cook?
- First heat the oil in the pan and then add cumin seeds when its stat crackling then add onion ,cook them until light brown and then add tomato and stir for 1 minute and then add salt ,turmeric powder,dried fenugreek leaves and mix herbal and turmeric paste and mix them and add pea,potato and cook for 3-4 minutes and stir them and then add roasted vermicelli and mix them add water and cover with lid ,cook on medium flame 8-10 minutes. and after 10 minute check them with ladle if the vegetables are mashed with ladle then it means they are cooked.
- Serve hot and warm with papad and any thing you like.
